$500.00/foursome Entry fee includes:
Green fees, range balls, golf cart, refreshments, taco lunch before tee-off, dinner, and live auction.
Dinner/Golf Clinic: $25.00
This event is expected to sell out. Entries will be determined by payments received on a first-come,
first-served basis. Please fill out the form completely and return it to the school office with your check (payable
to St. Pius X School) or credit card payment information.
Check-In: 12:00 noon/Lunch: 12:00 - 1:30pm/ Tee-off: 1:30pm/Live Auction & Dinner: 6:00pm

below, all corporate sponsorships include recognition in the golf tournament program, school newsletter,
and website.

The golf clinic is designed for beginners or those who have never golfed before. The clinic will include instruction on the full swing, short game, and etiquette of the game. Range balls and clubs will be provided. It's a great way to include the whole family!
